Firmament is one of the things that fascinates the human being the most. We have always looked at the stars for everything, many legends are inspired on them, thanks to them it was possible to sail in ancient times, and orientating was also accomplished thanks to the stars. In modern times we are still fascinates with what the planets, stars, constellations and other heavenly objects have to offers us.

  With Celestia we will be able to spend long periods of time in front of our PC while we view the solar system and the rest of the Universe in its full magnitude thanks to strictly precise data. The distances, the sizes and of course the orbit of the heavenly bodies are implemented according to data that has been gained by using telescopes. Si, everything is exactly where it should be.

  Celestia is a free application that includes more than 100.000 stars, with special emphasis on those that can be seen from our planet, as well the accuracy of the data about the Solar System and the Milky Way. That is why traveling around the cosmos will be very pleasant as soon as we get used to the controls.
